Shipping (International)

We ship from Tokyo, Japan by Japan Post international parcel (air mail), with insurance. At the moment we deliver to Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong.

 

Shipping fee: The fee depends on the country and the total price of your order, because every parcel is insured. You can see the exact fee at checkout, before you pay. We do not offer free shipping on international orders.

 

Sending your order: We send your order within 5 business days after we receive your payment. Delivery usually takes about 7-12 days after we send it. It can take longer because of customs, holidays or weather. You will get an email when your order is sent. If tracking is available for your country, we will send you the tracking number too.

 

Address: Please write your address in English letters and add a phone number. The post office needs the phone number to deliver your parcel.

 

Customs duties and taxes: Prices in our shop do not include import duties, customs fees or taxes of your country. These are decided by your country and are paid by the buyer. The post office or the delivery company may ask you to pay when the parcel arrives. We cannot know the amount in advance and we cannot change it. Please check the rules of your country before you order.
