Returns and Exchanges (International)

If your item is broken or different from what you ordered, please email us within 14 days after it arrives. Send us a photo of the item. We will send a new one or refund you, and we will pay the shipping.

 

For other reasons, we can accept returns of unused items within 14 days after delivery. The buyer pays the shipping fee to send the item back. Please contact us first, before you send anything.

 

We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or made to order.

 

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not accepted or the duties were not paid, we will refund the price of the items after we deduct the shipping fees for both directions.
